Wellness update...

If you watch the show or have been reading the newsletter for a while you know I have been on my own MAHA/wellness journey. One of the big things I have done is switched out many of the personal care products (soap, toothpaste, vitamins, etc) and home care products (cleaning supplies, detergent) with products from an American based, family company where wellness is front and center.

The left’s latest violent behavior...

I want to talk today about something that hasn’t gotten a ton of national coverage.

But here in Virginia, it’s been causing waves.

Remember the “both sides” argument?

In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the left has insisted that political violence was an issue on both side of the aisle.

That argument fell flat when they made it, but after this week it’s clearer than ever that that angle just isn’t true.

Over the weekend, disgusting texts from Democrat Attorney General candidate Jay Jones came out.

In the texts, he fantasizes about shooting then VA Speaker of the House , and worse.

But that’s not the only news from the left.

Saturday morning in Chicago, federal agents were rammed and trapped by anti-ICE attackers—and according to local officers, Chicago Police Department ordered its officers not to respond.

These are just the latest example of a political party that thinks violence is justified.

Let’s break it down.

What’s next for American healthcare?

The current health care system sucks.

It’s that simple.

You wait weeks to see a doctor, then sit in the waiting room for hours.

A lot of doctors won’t even take insurance anymore.

Premiums are climbing, deductibles are through the roof, and you still can’t keep the plan you like.

Obamacare promised we could keep our doctor, keep our plan, and costs would go down.

None of that was true.

Now we have to deal with the mess, and restore American health care to a system that actually works for the American people.

With Republicans in control the White House, House, and Senate, it’s time to take advantage of our chance to actually fix it.

Let’s break it down.

The left cries foul at Trump’s new lawsuit...

The media’s at it again.

You’d have thought they’d learn their lesson after 2024’s election results, along with their declining numbers.

Yet they’re back with the same playbook as always.

The headline this week was President Trump suing the BBC for a libelous edit.

We’ll get into the details, but suffice it to say, it’s clear that producers were purposely biasing the spin.

Yet, the mainstream media is now going after Trump for his“attack on press freedom.”

That’s rich.

It’s literally the media’s job to tell the story straight, but when they get caught tilting the scales, they go right to playing the victim.

They attacked first—Trump’s just setting the record straight.

If you ask me, it’s peak hypocrisy.

Let’s break it down.

The GOP’s government game plan...

The most unnecessary government shutdown in American history has finally ended.

Now that the Democrat’s temper tantrum is over, it’s time to get back to business.

So what are we working with?

Republicans are in charge.

We’ve got the House, Senate and White House, and a government that’s back up and running, at least til January.

It’s time to drive the agenda.

We can’t afford to coast—especially with all the time we lost during the shutdown.

We need a clear and well-executed agenda to deliver for the American people.

Let’s break down just what that looks like.
