Wellness update...

If you watch the show or have been reading the newsletter for a while you know I have been on my own MAHA/wellness journey. One of the big things I have done is switched out many of the personal care products (soap, toothpaste, vitamins, etc) and home care products (cleaning supplies, detergent) with products from an American based, family company where wellness is front and center.

If you are interested in finding out what I did, text INFO to 276-500-1185 and join me!

Democrats can’t handle Trump’s White House addition...

Democrats are having a bit of a rough year.

Leaderless, rudderless, and now championing a government shutdown, it’s safe to say their party has seen better days.

It doesn’t look like things will be getting better any time soon.

Their latest antics show just how disconnected they are—both from the American people and reality.

You may have heard that Trump is working on an update to the White House: a 90,000 square feet ballroom for state events replacing the East Wing.

Blueprints and plans show a beautiful space that will be used by presidents for years to come.

Oh, and one other big factor?

Trump’s funding it privately; it’s not costing the taxpayer a dime.

Still, to hear Democrats talk about it, you’d think he was putting a match to the White House.

They’ve been up in arms this week, “outraged” that Trump would dare renovate.

It’s either fake outrage, or real hypocrisy fueled by Trump derangement syndrome.

Let’s break it down.

A welcome (and precedented) update…

So what exactly is this new addition going to look like?

They say a picture is worth a thousand words— here’s a few mock ups:

Image

Image

Image

Looks great to me.

But the left’s reaction makes it seem like Trump’s move is outrageous and unprecedented.

Not exactly.

People have pointed out that many Presidents have made changes to the White House—and at taxpayer expense no less.

Benny Johnson compiled a neat list, including Roosevelt’s West Wing, Taft’s Oval Office, FDR’s East Wing and private pool, Truman’s full White House rebuild, Nixon’s bowling alley, and Obama’s basketball court.

Where was Democrat outrage then?

Is a beautiful, privately funded ballroom offensive, but a taxpayer funded basketball court isn’t?

It’s just the latest example of the left’s double standard when it comes to Trump.

The White House even came out to set the record straight, recording all the historical renovations the building has undergone… plus some *unorthodox* behavior it’s seen from past presidents.

The video really puts it in perspective.

Or, here’s a map showing just how much the White House has changed over the years.

Infographic titled Notable White House Renovations shows aerial view of White House complex with numbered annotations: 1 South Portico added 1829, 2 North Portico 1817, 3 Tiffany window added to Entrance Hall 1889, 4 West Wing rebuilt 1902 with Tiffany window removed, 5 Rose Garden paved over 1913, 6 Ballroom construction begins 2025 under green construction area, timeline from 1817 to 2025 on left side.

The bottom line?

This is completely normal—in fact the only unprecedented part of it is that it’s privately funded.

Democrats are mad at something that isn’t costing the taxpayers a dime.

Go figure.

Widespread democrat outrage…

It’s not just a few lefties that are annoyed.

Democrats across the spectrum are livid at Trump’s plan.

According to Hillary Clinton, he’s “destroying” the White House.

First, he’s not destroying the White House— he’s adding on.

That point aside, people were quick to point out that given what her husband was doing in the White House, Hillary might wanna sit this one out.

Several X users also remembered that the Clintons were caught stealing furniture and china from the White House after their stay. . .again with the hypocrisy.

But the left just can’t help themselves.

Maria Shriver said that the renovation “breaks her heart”.

Feels like a slightly extremely reaction, no?

But maybe we shouldn’t be so hard on the left.

They seem to have a little trouble when it comes to aesthetic judgment calls.

Exhibit A?

Barack Obama’s presidential library:

Tall multi-story building under construction with extensive scaffolding covering the exterior, featuring large glass window panels on upper levels and concrete framework below, a tall crane positioned at the top right, utility poles and wires in the foreground, several parked cars in a lot at the base, and bare trees surrounding the site under a partly cloudy sky.

If this is the kind of architecture the left likes, no wonder they’re repulsed by the beautiful neoclassical architecture that Trump’s bringing back.

But I’d venture to say that most people would prefer Trump’s building over this bad copy of a North Korean guard tower.

The bottom line.

Senator Hawley was asked about Trump’s White House addition by a reporter and I think he nailed his response.

You can watch the full exchange here.

His answer?

“These are the same people who tore down every statue they could get their hands on in the last four years.”

“Christopher Columbus, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt.”

“They didn’t have any concern for history then. Now all of a sudden, they’re like, oh, the facade of the East Wing is iconic.”

He’s right on.

And it just highlights how ridiculous the left’s fake outrage is.

They hate Trump so much, they have to turn everything he does into an attack on America.

But if you ask me, that game is getting pretty old.

My suggestion to the Democrats?

Spend more time and energy on getting the government back in business—Americans are more concerned about getting their paychecks than they are about your latest anti-Trump crusade.

Drugs coming in by sea are down by 91% as decisions are being made to strike down drug smugglers in the Caribbean Sea.

WaPo created a media frenzy when it fabricated a story about a drug boat strike. Highly decorated 4 Star Admiral Bradley sent a second strike on a drug boat after the first strike was inefficient. The decision to strike the boat again was based on the cargo in the boat being retrieved by the cartels and resent to America, not the survivors of the strike.

Tim Parlatore is a legal expert and a reserve Navy JAG Commander. He joins the Sean Spicer Show today to discuss how these operations are formulated through an extensive legal process combined with intelligence gathering. The decision to strike a boat is well-formulated, and Admiral Bradley acted within the rules of engagement.

The future of higher education...

It’s been clear for decades that American college isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do.

Starting in the 1960s and 70s, U.S. higher education began to be infiltrated with far left ideologues.

They called it “the long march.”

That long march through the institutions largely succeeded.

You see it all over.

The far-left, work indoctrination is happening in almost all the major universities and colleges.

This is especially true in the northeastern Ivy League colleges, when DEI and social justice reign.

But an interesting trend is emerging in college applications.

Per Fox News, students from the northeast are flocking to southern schools.

Why does this mean for the future of American higher education?

Let’s break it down.

A lot to be thankful for...

I heard a story the other day that went something like this:

A woman approached a man who had a sour expression on his face.

She encouraged the grumpy man to be thankful, and he replied, “Thankful for what? I don’t even have enough money to pay my bills.”

The woman thought for a bit and said, “Well, be thankful you’re not one of your creditors.”

Jokes aside, Thanksgiving week is here, and if you ask me, we’ve got more to be grateful for this year than in a long, long time.

After four years of lectures, lockdowns, and skyrocketing prices, the American people said enough is enough—and we took our country back.

That alone is worth an extra special Thanksgiving.

We’re thankful the adults are back in charge.

Border crossings down 96% since January. Gas under three bucks in most states. Eggs finally affordable again.

There’s still work to be done but think back to where we were last year.

What a difference an election can make.

We’re thankful the left’s nonsense got rejected at the ballot box.

No more men in women’s sports getting trophies.

No more open borders disguised as compassion.

No more trillion-dollar green slush funds while your heating bill doubles.

We’re thankful for leaders who actually love this country.

Trump, Vance, the new Senate majority, the House that held the line—they’re not perfect, but they’re fighting for us.

They get it: America First isn’t a slogan, it’s a promise.

And they’re delivering.

Most of all, we’re thankful for America.

For the millions of citizens that held the line at the ballot box, who said no to the woke mob and took the country back.

For organizations like Turning Point USA who continue to stoke the love of freedom in the next generation.

For this country of ours that remains resilient in the face of new challenges .

Those challenges are real, and we’ll continue to face them head on as we look into the new year.

But if you ask me, it’s worth it to take a step back and reflect on everything we have to be grateful for.

Happy Thanksgiving.

What’s next for American healthcare?

The current health care system sucks.

It’s that simple.

You wait weeks to see a doctor, then sit in the waiting room for hours.

A lot of doctors won’t even take insurance anymore.

Premiums are climbing, deductibles are through the roof, and you still can’t keep the plan you like.

Obamacare promised we could keep our doctor, keep our plan, and costs would go down.

None of that was true.

Now we have to deal with the mess, and restore American health care to a system that actually works for the American people.

With Republicans in control the White House, House, and Senate, it’s time to take advantage of our chance to actually fix it.

Let’s break it down.
