Wellness update...

If you watch the show or have been reading the newsletter for a while you know I have been on my own MAHA/wellness journey. One of the big things I have done is switched out many of the personal care products (soap, toothpaste, vitamins, etc) and home care products (cleaning supplies, detergent) with products from an American based, family company where wellness is front and center.

Trump wins, Dems dig in their heels

The shutdown continues.

We’re coming up on a month of the Democrat-caused government shutdown, with no end in sight.

This isn’t just a bad look for the Left— it’s hurting Americans.

More and more people are losing pay and struggling to feed their families.

Why?

Because the Democrats want to keep healthcare coverage for illegal immigrants.

Odd hill to die on if you ask me.

But while they spin their wheels, Trump’s not slowing down.

He just went on a 5 day, 3 country tour of Asia: making deals and getting results.

Let’s break down what happened.

A productive trip…

While Democrats were denying benefits to American, Trump went the extra mile on America/Asia foreign relations

Just look at the receipts:

A huge mineral trade deal with Japan.

A fair trade agreement with Vietnam.

A reciprocal trade agreement with Malaysia, plus another one with Cambodia.

Plus, an agreement to a framework for reciprocal trade with Thailand.

Keep in mind, Trump got all this done in just five days—it’s mind-boggling.

And I haven’t even mentioned the biggest part.

The piece de resistance of the trip was Trump’s meeting with President Xi Jinping

Two men in dark suits shake hands on a red carpet. The man on the left wears a red tie and stands in front of American flags. The man on the right wears a blue tie and stands in front of Chinese flags. Blue curtains form the background with gold stands holding the flags.

Trump rated the meeting a 12 out of 10.

You can check out this video of him talking about the details.

The biggest takeaway from all of this?

Trump is getting the job done. They don’t call him the master of the deal for nothing… I can’t think of anyone else who could pull these kind of wins off in a matter of days.

The craziest part of all of this might be what happened when he got back to the states.

After his whirlwind tour of successes, he came back to host a Halloween event at the White House.

After days of heavy diplomacy, he still had the time and energy to greet children.

If it was me, I would’ve had to take a pass, maybe hand it off to the First Lady.

But Trump just doesn’t quit.

It’s exhausting trying to keep up with everything he’s doing, I can’t imagine the kind of energy it takes to do what he does.

But he’s determined to keep working for America.

The bottom line

Right now the difference between the administration and the Democrats couldn’t be clearer.

The Democrats have spent their month voting for a government shutdown and attending “No Kings” rallies.

Trump?

He’s still on the offensive, this Asian tour is just the latest example.

He’s fighting for Americans, working non-stop to get the job done—and Democrats don’t have an answer for him.

If you ask me, the left running out of political capital.

Yet they won’t change course, and it’s the American people who are paying the price.

The good news is that this is just making our choice in 2026 even clearer.

We can choose results or we can choose shutdown.

I know what I’d prefer.

Drugs coming in by sea are down by 91% as decisions are being made to strike down drug smugglers in the Caribbean Sea.

WaPo created a media frenzy when it fabricated a story about a drug boat strike. Highly decorated 4 Star Admiral Bradley sent a second strike on a drug boat after the first strike was inefficient. The decision to strike the boat again was based on the cargo in the boat being retrieved by the cartels and resent to America, not the survivors of the strike.

Tim Parlatore is a legal expert and a reserve Navy JAG Commander. He joins the Sean Spicer Show today to discuss how these operations are formulated through an extensive legal process combined with intelligence gathering. The decision to strike a boat is well-formulated, and Admiral Bradley acted within the rules of engagement.

Making America healthy in Trump 2.0...

America was sick.

When Trump came into office last January, he was confronting a machine built to keep us unhealthy.

According to the D.C.-based nonprofit organization OpenSecrets, which tracks and publishes data on campaign finance and lobbying, Big Pharma and Big Food are among the most powerful lobbying groups in Washington, D.C.

They lobby politicians to protect their lucrative drug patents.

They lobby politicians to prevent us from having access to cheaper Canadian drugs.

They lobby on issues related to healthcare reform, drug pricing, and everything else that might affect their bottom line.

But their reign is ending under Trump 2.0.

Thanks to administration members like RFK Jr., we’re seeing an unprecedented reform of American food and healthcare.

In fact, I’m having Grace Sesi, Jennifer Galardi, and Tiffany Ryder on the show tonight—6 pm ET— to talk the latest in MAHA.

If you ask me, it’s one of the biggest wins of the Trump administration thus far—and that’s a pretty high bar.

Let’s break it down.

Trump 2.0 RESTORES American intelligence agencies...

On July 23, 2025, National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard spoke to the American people.

From the White House briefing room, she revealed just how the Obama administration had tried to hijack Donald Trump’s 2016 presidency.

The now infamous Russia Hoax destroyed Americans’ trust in the their government (well, whatever trust they had left), and unnecessarily sidetracked Trump’s presidency.

In his first term, Trump got a taste of just what the deep state is capable of.

And for four years between his terms, he had the opportunity to prepare and strategize for how to avoid the pitfalls of his first administration.

It’s one of the many wins I explore in Trump 2.0.

Let’s break it down.

HUGE redistricting update…

Florida (currently 20R-8D) +4 GOP

New map signed into law by Governor DeSantis.

Louisiana (currently 4R–2D): +1 GOP Likely
The state is actively redrawing its congressional map. After the SCOTUS ruling struck down the existing map, Republican Gov. Jeff Landry delayed the May 16 congressional primaries (while keeping other races on schedule). The legislature (in regular session) is working on a new map that could eliminate one or both Democratic-held majority-Black districts. Litigation over the primary delay is ongoing, but the process is moving forward with SCOTUS expediting implementation of its new map.

Alabama (currently 5R–2D): LIKELY +1 GOP
Republican Gov. Kay Ivey called a special legislative session (beginning early May) to redraw the congressional map. The House has already approved a measure to potentially alter primaries (scheduled for May 19) if courts permit the new map. Officials hope to implement changes before the 2026 elections, targeting the two Democratic seats. Alabama also has a pending related appeal that could be affected.

Tennessee (currently 8R–1D): +1 GOP
Republican Gov. Bill Lee called a special legislative session (beginning early May) specifically to review and redraw the congressional map. The focus is breaking up the single Democratic-held district centered on majority-Black Memphis. This is one of the more advanced efforts among the states listed. The map was signed into law Friday.

Mississippi (currently 3R–1D): NO CHANGE
Gov. Tate Reeves called a special session for May 20, but it is limited to redistricting the state’s Supreme Court (judicial) districts in response to a separate VRA-related case and the Callais ruling’s impact on race-based districting standards. There is no active legislative push or special session focused on congressional districts for the 2026 elections. Some discussion of congressional changes has occurred informally, but timing and legal constraints make it unlikely the current map will change before November.

South Carolina (currently 6R–1D): POTENTIAL +1 GOP
The Republican-controlled House voted 87-27 on May 6–7 to approve a resolution allowing lawmakers to reconvene after the regular session ends and redraw the congressional map, explicitly targeting the majority-Black 6th District held by longtime Democratic Rep. Jim Clyburn. A new map could be introduced as soon as May 7–8, with committee hearings to follow. The proposal now requires Senate approval (two-thirds vote). Earlier statements from some GOP leaders called full redistricting this year “unlikely” due to timing, but the House action has advanced the effort. Primaries are approaching (around June), so any changes would face logistical and potential legal hurdles.

American first immigration under Trump 2.0...

For years, Americans were told the border crisis was unsolvable.

It was too massive to fix and too politically sensitive to confront.

Then Trump came back into office, enforced the law, and the crisis nearly vanished overnight.

Turns out, securing the border was never impossible.

Washington just needed a president willing to do it.

After watching four years of the Biden administration’s border disaster, Trump was able to form a game plan for Trump 2.0.

That planning led to one of the greatest wins yet in this term.

Let’s break it down.
