Thank you for a great 2025...

As we head into 2026, I want to express some gratitude for all of the support this past year.

Whether you tuned in every show, subscribed to the newsletter (seanspicer.com), shared the links to the show or even just kept up with me on socials, I’m grateful for the time and support.

I couldn’t do this without you.

So, as we get ready to start into the new year, I want to hear from you.

Thoughts on what we should focus on here in the newsletter, topics for shows, guest ideas, issues to cover— I want to hear it all.

Some of my best shows have come from viewer suggestions, so I’m grateful for any ideas you want to share.

I’ve been in the game for over 30 years

I did my first congressional race in 1994, the year that Republicans won the House for the first time in 40 years.

I worked on Capitol Hill during the implementation of the Contract with America under the leadership of Newt Gingrich.

In 2002, I was the Director of Incumbent Retention at the National Republican Congressional Commitee when we defied history and kept the majority under a President who was in the White House.

I’ve seen it all and I want to share that insight with you. There a lot of great pundits out there — many of whom I listen to regularly, but few if any have been in the game. I have. I have seen it from every angle - the campaign, the executive and the Capitol Hill.

As Trump gets ready for the second year of his second term, I’m betting there will be plenty to talk about.

So comment below what topics you’d like to see covered on the show, and here in the newsletter. I see all the emails you send at [email protected] — and I TRY to respond. If just a thought, a guest suggestion, I want you ideas and feedback.

Between your suggestions and the ideas my team is cooking up, this new year will be the best one yet.

Here’s to a 2026 filled with—in the immortal words of President Trump—so many wins that we get tired of winning.

Republicans pulled out a nine-point victory in Tennessee. Was it enough?

Drugs coming in by sea are down by 91% as decisions are being made to strike down drug smugglers in the Caribbean Sea.

WaPo created a media frenzy when it fabricated a story about a drug boat strike. Highly decorated 4 Star Admiral Bradley sent a second strike on a drug boat after the first strike was inefficient. The decision to strike the boat again was based on the cargo in the boat being retrieved by the cartels and resent to America, not the survivors of the strike.

Tim Parlatore is a legal expert and a reserve Navy JAG Commander. He joins the Sean Spicer Show today to discuss how these operations are formulated through an extensive legal process combined with intelligence gathering. The decision to strike a boat is well-formulated, and Admiral Bradley acted within the rules of engagement.

We break it down tonight at 6 pm ET here:

Ballot return deadlines…

Heading into midterms, check out this chart of absentee ballot deadlines by state. Yesterday the Supreme Court heard a case brought by the RNC that seeks to define “Election Day” in order to stop Democrats from accepting ballots days — weeks - after Election Day.

The SAVE Act…

The fake-news media is in hysterics.

Before, they were up in arms about immigration enforcement, fair trade, and protecting women’s spaces

Now, their latest outrage has to do with a piece of legislation working its way through Congress.

The SAVE Act is “voter suppression.”

It’s “Jim Crow 2.0,” or some sinister Republican plot to dismantle democracy.

It’s the same leftist gaslighting we’ve heard for years.

But was does the SAVE Act actually do?

Here’s the truth: The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act requires proof of U.S. citizenship to register for federal elections.

Translation: non-citizens and illegals can’t sway our elections—a problem that has gone unaddressed for far too long.

I address this problem in my new book:

We also know why the Democrats love open borders. It isn’t just about cultivating future voters (giving them a pathway to citizenship); it’s also about affecting the census. It’s about bodies in the country, not just citizens.

So let’s break down why this common sense legislation has the Left besides themselves.

Trump 2.0...
Why this non-consecutive term is so historically consequential.

I am excited to reveal that my 5th book is now available for pre-order: Trump 2.0

This is the first book to examine the consequential impact of Trump’s non-sequential terms in office. His ability to come back to office after 4 year of planning and plotting — the difference that the people, process and policies of Trump 2.0 will make and why they will be historic.

I am honored that President Trump offered to write the foreword for the book,

I want to share EXCLUSIVELY with you part of what President Trump wrote:

“In everything we do, we are fighting for the law-abiding, hardworking

people of our country. This is the essence of “Trump 2.0,”

and there are few people who understand it better than my friend and

former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer. Sean has been with

us since the beginning. He played a central role in helping us defeat

Crooked Hillary Clinton in 2016—and he has been a warrior for our

cause ever since.

If you want to understand the people, the policies, and the process

of my second term in office, read this book. I hope you enjoy it, and

always remember—the best is yet to come.”

Trump 2.0…

“Sean is one of a very few people who was there from the beginning and has the perspective to truly understand the lasting impact President Trump’s second term will have. Understanding how and why this happened is critical for anyone interested in U.S. politics.”

—SARAH HUCKABEE SANDERS, Governor of Arkansas

My new book, Trump 2.0, dives into what makes President Trump’s second term different—and potentially one of the most consequential in modern American history.

It’s the second time ever, and the first in modern history, that a president has served two non-consecutive terms.

That gap changes everything.

It’s why President Trump has been laser-focused on delivering America first policies.

And it’s why he has the people, the processes, and the policies behind him to make it happen.

But what exactly is it about those four years that makes such a difference?

Let’s break it down.

Why Republicans are losing younger voters...

Republicans are not effectively communicating with the electorate.

And this close to the midterms, it’s no time for slip ups.

We have a road map.

Trump showed us how to do it right during the 2024 election.

He went everywhere—Theo Von, Joe Rogan, Nelk Boys—every platform where real people actually spend time.

He didn’t cater to the legacy media gatekeepers.

He met voters where they were, and it worked.

If you ask me, we need to learn that lesson fast before 2026.

Let’s break it down.
