🚨 TRUMP DELIVERS HAMMER TO EUROPE: No More Digital Tax Games

President Trump just fired a clear warning shot:

Multiple European countries are pushing a Digital Services Tax on American companies.

His message: Any country that imposes this tax will face immediate 100% TARIFFS on ALL goods sent to the United States.

This tariff will override any existing or future trade deals. No exceptions. It hits the second they try it.

America will not be taken advantage of anymore.

Europe just passed their historic legislation on the US-EU trade deal. Europe has reduced their tariffs to ZERO for the first time ever. This is a historic accomplishment for our great automakers, fishers, ranchers and so many producers who will finally have a level playing field when trading with Europe.

Drugs coming in by sea are down by 91% as decisions are being made to strike down drug smugglers in the Caribbean Sea.

WaPo created a media frenzy when it fabricated a story about a drug boat strike. Highly decorated 4 Star Admiral Bradley sent a second strike on a drug boat after the first strike was inefficient. The decision to strike the boat again was based on the cargo in the boat being retrieved by the cartels and resent to America, not the survivors of the strike.

Tim Parlatore is a legal expert and a reserve Navy JAG Commander. He joins the Sean Spicer Show today to discuss how these operations are formulated through an extensive legal process combined with intelligence gathering. The decision to strike a boat is well-formulated, and Admiral Bradley acted within the rules of engagement.

We break it down tonight at 6 pm ET here:

ICYMI: Why Salazar Turned on Trump Over Border Deportations...

Why Banning the Press Backfires - and How the White House Should Fight Back

When President Trump announced on Truth Social last Friday that CNN, MSNOW, and Politico were barred from the White House, the media went into immediate overdrive. Within minutes, the usual talking heads were screaming about “unconstitutional attacks on press freedom” and “First Amendment violations.”

If you’re a regular viewer of my show, you know I always look at these battles through two lenses: Policy and Politics.

1. The Policy: There is a fundamental difference between freedom of the press and unfettered access. The First Amendment protects these outlets’ right to write and publish whatever they want without government censorship - they can still do that today. Zero restrictions have been placed on their ability to report.

Access, however is where courts draw the line. While journalists don’t have an absolute right to go anywhere they want, courts have consistently ruled that White House press spaces are public access areas. I saw this firsthand during my time behind the podium. When my successor, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, revoked press passes for CNN’s Jim Acosta and Playboy’s Brian Karem (proof I guess there are articles), federal courts forced the White House to reinstate them. I’m no lawyer, but if I had bet where the court comes down on this, the media will likely win this round in court.

2. The Politics & Strategy: I completely understand the President’s frustration. The media bias against this administration isn’t just obvious - it’s ridiculous. And the hypocrisy is off the charts. Remember when CNN’s Brian Stelter openly argued for banning Fox News? Or when the Biden administration quietly kicked out over 400 independent journalists by making the qualifications for a White House press pass out of reach for many independent journalists? The mainstream press was silent.

But banning them outright was bad strategy - especially on Friday. The President was making a massive, historic announcement in the Oval Office: all 50 states joining a groundbreaking initiative to drastically lower prescription drug costs for Medicaid. It was a huge policy victory that directly impacts millions of American families. But because of the timing of the Truth Social post right before the event, the press ignored the healthcare win entirely and focused 100% of their coverage on the media ban. The media focused on themselves, shocking I know.

Instead of giving them a courtroom battle that distracts from major victories, there are two much more effective ways to play this - and win.

The Midterm Senate Spending Reality

To understand why controlling the narrative matters so much right now, you only have to look at where campaign money is flowing across the country.

Look at the September ad spending data across major Senate races:

  • In Texas, spending has exploded past $60 million, with Republicans pouring in tens of millions to hold the line.

  • In Ohio and Michigan, total ad spending is blowing past $30 million and $25 million respectively, as both parties battle for crucial battleground states.

  • In North Carolina, Iowa, and Maine, millions more are being spent on airwaves every single week.

When hundreds of millions of dollars are being poured into Senate battlegrouds to shape public opinion, the White House cannot affort to let mainstream media hijack major policy wins like lower prescription drug prices. Every time a major win gets buried by the media, it hurts candidates running in tight races across the map.

Inside the AP Stylebook: How the Media Rewrote the American Dictionary

The media doesn’t need to write a partisan editorial to manipulate public perception - they just neeed to rewrite the dictionary.

For decades, newsrooms across the country have treated the Associated Press Stylebook as the Holy Grail of journalism. Local newspapers, television networks, and digital outlets don’t question it. They just adopt it. But if you look under the hood of how these language rules are actually set and written, a very clear pattern emerges.

It’s subtle. It’s quiet. And it’s how corporate media slowly shifts American culture to favor left-wing narratives - all while claiming they’re just being “neutral.”

Let’s break it down.

What You Didn’t See on TV at the Dallas Midterm Convention

The mainstream media called it unconventional. The grassroots called it a momentum builder. Here’s what really happened on the RNC floor in Texas - and why the left is rattled heading into midterms.

The mainstream media spent all week trying to figure out why Republicans would hold a national convention during a midterm cycle. They just don’t get it.

While broadcasters were busy complaining about political traction, thousands of conservative activists packed the American Airlines Center in Dallas with one single goal: laying out the stark contrast between middle-class results and radical left policies heading into November.

This wasn’t just a political gathering. It was a full-scale policy showcase.

Over two days, speaker after speaker took the stage to highlight exactly what’s working for the American people.

  • Real Financial Relief for Families: Party leaders hit hard on working-class tax cuts, championing zero taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security.

  • Healthcare Reform That Actually Works: Instead of endless government mandates, the focus shifted to consumer choice and driving down costs. Dr. Mehmet Oz took the stage to break down the massive healthcare savings citizens are getting through new price transparency measures and nationwide fraud enforcement.

  • Border Security & Public Safety: Speakers didn’t hold back on interior enforcement, public safety initatives, and restoring law and order in American communities.

  • Goverment Accountability: From ethics reforms to ending congressional stock trading, the message was clear: Washington needs to serve the people, not the political class.

The energy inside that arena proved one thing: the conservative movement isn’t playing defense this cycle. We’re already winning the fight on economy, safety, and common-sense values.

President Trump and Vice President JD Vance both closed out the convention with a clear battle plan for the party - but the media completely missed the most important tactical takeaways from the floor.

Let’s get into it.
